We had an incredible time presenting the FRIETS Project at European Researchers’ Night in Athens and Cluj-Napoca!
Our project, part of H2020-MSCA-RISE-2020, focuses on the sustainable optimization of the value chain for fresh and dried berries. We’re integrating Precision Agriculture strategies, innovative dehydration techniques, and edible coatings to boost the quality and value of these nutritious products!
It was an amazing experience sharing our work with a curious and engaged audience. From tech-savvy demonstrations to fruitful discussions, we’re excited to see the future of agriculture and food sustainability evolve!
